Pricing Structure
Booking fee for all ceremonies - $200
A non-refundable booking fee of $200 is payable within seven (7) days of booking to secure any ceremony date and time. The balance of your fee must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the date of the ceremony.
Fully Customised Ceremony - $850
Created specifically for you. You can include any theme, style, format, rituals and have your family and friends participating in your ceremony.
Includes: -
- Initial meeting and two follow-up meetings (Face to face, online or phone)
- Completing the Notice of Intended Marriage form
- Creating a bespoke ceremony and solemnizing the Marriage
- Preparing and lodging all legal documents
- Providing a rehearsal at the venue (if requested)
- Preparing the Marriage Certificates
- Providing PA System and microphone (if requested) with headset microphone, hand-held wireless microphone, MP3 (iPod/iPad etc.) input for playing recorded music during your ceremony
- Providing Wedding Ceremony Information guide with examples of vows, readings, rituals, music
- Signing table and chairs (x2)
- Presentation of marriage certificate
- Registration of the Marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages
- Your vows printed as a keepsake

Intimate Ceremony - $650
Designed for couples who wish something short and simple, sharing this day with the closest family members and friends.
Includes: -
- Initial Meeting to complete required documents and one follow-up meeting to discuss ceremony options
- Completing the Notice of Intended Marriage form
- Standard ceremony that can be customized in a few areas
- Preparing and lodging all legal documents
- No rehearsal provided
- Preparing the Marriage Certificates
- Providing PA System and microphone (if requested) with headset microphone, hand-held wireless microphone, MP3 (iPod/iPad etc.) input for playing recorded music during your ceremony
- Solemnizing the Marriage
- Presentation of marriage certificate
- Registration of the Marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages
- Travel costs within 30kms of central Adelaide, SA, (I am happy to travel further – please contact me to discuss extra travel fees)
Legals only - $550
Designed for couples who only require the bare minimum to be legally married.
Includes: -
- Initial meeting to complete required documents
- Completing the Notice of Intended Marriage form
- Minimum ceremony with the legal vows as required by the Marriage Act
- Preparing and lodging all legal documents
- Presentation of marriage certificate
- Registration of the Marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages
- Travel costs within 30kms of central Adelaide, SA, (I am happy to travel further – please contact me to discuss extra travel fees)
Vow Renewals - $550
Designed for couples who wish to renew their vows or acknowledge their on-going relationship and commitment to each other without the legal aspects.
Includes: -
- Initial Meeting to discuss your ceremony options
- One follow-up meeting (Face to face, online or phone)
- Creating a bespoke ceremony which will reflect your relationship, your story together and your wishes for the future
- Providing PA System and microphone (if requested) with headset microphone, hand-held wireless microphone, MP3 (iPod/iPad etc.) input for playing recorded music during your ceremony
- Providing Ceremony Information guide with examples of vows, readings, rituals, music
- Signing table and chairs (x2)
- Presentation of commemorative certificate
- Your vows printed as a keepsake

Naming Day - $450
Designed to celebrate the naming of a child you are welcoming into your family.
Includes: -
- Initial Meeting to discuss your ceremony options
- One follow-up meeting (Face to face, online or phone)
- Creating a bespoke ceremony tailored for your child, including your hopes and dreams for their future
- Providing PA System and microphone (if requested) with headset microphone, hand-held wireless microphone, MP3 (iPod/iPad etc.) input for playing recorded music during your ceremony
- Providing Ceremony Information guide with examples of vows, readings, rituals, music
- Signing table and chairs (x2)
- Presentation of commemorative certificate

Public Holidays and Long Weekends
Please note that a surcharge of $200 is applicable for ceremonies conducted on public holidays and long weekends.
Terms and Conditions (applies to all ceremonies): -
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. A $200 booking fee is payable to book and secure your wedding date. By paying this fee you agree to all terms and conditions contained herein and understand that this fee is not refundable because I will hold your wedding date, turn away other bookings, commence lodgment of the NOIM form & legal documents and begin writing your ceremony.
2. The deposit must be paid at the time of lodging the NOIM.
3. The outstanding balance is due & payable no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event date. If the balance of the invoice is not received after this time the booking may be cancelled.
4. Payments must be made via direct deposit only. The celebrant's bank details can be found in the invoice.
5. The Celebrant will provide invoices and receipts within 14 days of all payments made.
6. If either the bride or groom cancel the wedding, or if the ceremony venue, time or date is changed without the Celebrant’s written agreement and approval of such, all monies already paid may be forfeited.
7. Any changes of the event date will be subject to the Celebrant’s availability.
8. In the event your wedding can not proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, the booking fee and any monies already paid, will remain in place until a new mutually agreed date is set with the Celebrant. If the wedding is conducted at a later date, the balance owing will be based on whatever the current rate of Celebrant fee is at that time.
9. If a wedding is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the ceremony date then the full amount minus $200 will be refunded to the parties.
10. If a wedding is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of the ceremony, then no refund* will be applied.
11. If the Celebrant needs to cancel a booking, all payments made will be refunded to the client including the initial booking deposit of $200.
12. Confirmation & approval of final written ceremony, vows, readings, poems by guests & full names of witnesses are to be received and finalised by the Celebrant, no later than six (6) weeks prior to your wedding day.
13. The wedding party is to be at the venue for the ceremony at the agreed start time. If more than 30 minutes late (without a valid, genuine reason), the Celebrant reserves the right to proceed to any other commitment.
14. If the venue is outdoors, suitable shade/cover must be provided in extreme heat or wet weather conditions for the Celebrant and PA equipment.
15. In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances which prevent the Celebrant from conducting the ceremony as planned, a qualified, registered substitute Celebrant will be appointed to attend at the agreed time/date/venue, at no extra cost to you and you will be informed of the details as early as possible.
*The celebrant reserves the right to approve refunds based on individual circumstances.
